1) in the procedure established by the legislation to send this order to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state registration;

To direct 2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

Standard of the state service "Registration of the Military Personnel of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan Needing the Office Dwelling"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Registration of the Military Personnel of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan Needing the Office Dwelling" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

11) the certificate of guardianship and custody of the minor from authorized body in the field of protection of the rights of children approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of April 13, 2015 No. 198 "About approval of standards of the state services rendered in the field of family and children" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11184).
