About the notification procedure to the State Tax Administration and its territorial authorities about acceptance of the worker (the house worker) on the work/conclusion gigabyte contract or the termination of the employment contract with the house worker

According to part three of Article 24 of the Labor code of Ukraine and part four of Article 24, "About stimulation of development of digital economy in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides parts two of article 173-3 of the Law of Ukraine:

Determine that:

the notification on acceptance of the worker (the house worker) on the work/conclusion gigabyte contract moves the owner of the company, organization, organization or the body (person) or physical person authorized by it (except the notification on employment of the member of executive body of economic society, the director, organization, the organization), and/or the resident Deystviye City in territorial authorities of the State Tax Service in the place of their accounting as payer of single fee on obligatory national social insurance, and physical person, signed the employment contract with the house worker, - to its tax address (residence) in form according to appendix 1 prior to work of the worker on the signed employment contract and/or prior to performance of works (provision of services) specialist gigabyte of the resident Deystviye City means of electronic communication with use of the digital signature of responsible persons, based on the qualified digital signature certificate, according to requirements of the legislation in the sphere of electronic document management;

in case of the termination of the employment contract with the house worker the physical person which signed the employment contract with it reports territorial authority of the State Tax Administration in the place of its tax address (residence) about the fact and the bases of the termination of the employment contract signed with the house worker in form according to appendix 2 within three days from the date of its dismissal.

In the absence of technical capability of submission of the notification on acceptance of the worker (the house worker) on the works/conclusions gigabyte contract or the terminations of the employment contract with the house worker means of electronic communication electronically the notification moves in the document form on paper according to appendices 1 and 2 together with the copy electronically.

Information containing in the notification on acceptance of the worker (the house worker) on the work/conclusion gigabyte contract or the termination of the employment contract with the house worker is entered in the register of insured persons of the State register of obligatory national social insurance according to the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance", the Labor code of Ukraine.

The notification on employment of the member of executive body of economic society, the director, organization, organization are the data received by bodies of the State Tax Administration from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming.
