About procedure for the message to the State Tax Administration and its territorial authorities about acceptance of the worker on the work/conclusion gigabyte contract

According to part three of Article 24 of the Labor code of Ukraine and part one of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About stimulation of development of digital economy in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Determine that the message on acceptance of the worker on the work/conclusion gigabyte contract moves the owner of the company, organization, organization or the body (person) or physical person authorized by it (except the notification on employment of the member of executive body of economic society, the director, organization, the organization) and/or the resident Deystviye City in territorial authorities of the State Tax Administration in the place of their accounting as the payer of single fee on obligatory national social insurance in form according to appendix prior to work of the worker on the signed employment contract and/or prior to performance of works (rendering services) specialist gigabyte of the resident Deystviye City means of electronic communication with use of the digital signature of responsible persons based on the qualified digital signature certificate according to requirements of the legislation in the sphere of electronic document management.

In the absence of technical capability of submission of the notification on acceptance of the worker on the work/conclusion gigabyte contract means of electronic communication electronically such notification is submitted in the document form on paper according to appendix together with the copy electronically.

Information containing in the notification on acceptance of the worker on the work/conclusion gigabyte contract is entered in the register of insurers and the register of insured persons according to the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance". 

Information containing in the notification on acceptance of the worker for work is entered in the register of insurers and the register of insured persons according to the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance".

The notification on employment of the member of executive body of economic society, the director, organization, organization are the data received by bodies of the State Tax Administration from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming.
