About reorganization of the state company "The State Agency on Intellectual Property"

For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Law No. 114 of July 3, 2014 on the State agency on intellectual property (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 282-289, 600) and based on article 14 of the Law No. 146-XIII of June 16, 1994 on the state company (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 2, the Art. 9), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Reorganize by transformation of the state company "The State Agency on Intellectual Property" to public organization "The State Agency on Intellectual Property" (further abbreviation – AGEPI), subordinated to the Government.

2. The public organization "The State Agency on Intellectual Property" is legal successor of the rights and obligations of the state company "The State Agency on Intellectual Property".

3. To transfer property of the state company "The State Agency on Intellectual Property" to the control public organization "The State Agency on Intellectual Property".

4. Release of personnel in connection with reorganization of the state company "The State Agency on Intellectual Property" is performed according to the current legislation.

5. Approve:

Structure of public organization "The State Agency on Intellectual Property" according to appendix No. 1;

Changes which are made to some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 2.

6. Authorize madam Lilia Bolokan, the CEO of the state company "The State Agency on Intellectual Property", the right to perform all necessary measures for realization of process of reorganization of the state company "The State Agency on Intellectual Property" and for state registration of public organization "The State Agency on Intellectual Property" according to provisions of the current legislation.

7. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 3.

8. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the State office.

1. In the Section the fourth appendices No. 1 of the Order of the Government No. 778 of October 4, 2013 "About some measures for implementation of single window in implementation of business activity" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 222-227, 883) of the word "State Company" shall be replaced with words "Public organization".

2. In the column 4 of Item 9.2.3 of appendix No. 1 to the National strategy in public health for 2014-2020 approved by the Order of the Government No. 1032 of December 20, 2013 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, 1139) changes are made by Art.
