Procedure for execution of the certificate on improvement suggestion

1. The procedure for execution of the certificate on improvement suggestion (further - the Procedure) is developed according to article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About rationalization activities".

2. This Procedure establishes requirements to execution of the certificate on improvement suggestion at the companies of the Republic of Tajikistan and the procedure for its registration (is applied).

3. The certificate on improvement suggestion is drawn up as follows:

Line 1 - in state language on the special security sheets A4 (210*297 mm) prepared by typographical method in the middle of the form of the certificate the State Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan is represented and in the first line the words "Republic of Tajikistan" are specified;

5. In a month from the date of decision about recognition of the offer rationalization the certificate on improvement suggestion is issued to the author and (or) each coauthor of improvement suggestion.
