1. Determine:

1) Space committee of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan the licensor on implementation of licensing of activities in the field of use of space;

2) Space committee of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body on issue of permission of the second category "Certificate on State Registration of Space Objects and Rights to Them".

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 31, 2013 No. 77 "About some questions of licensing of activities in the field of use of space" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 13, the Art. 244).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
