2. To committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Asavbayev A. A.) provide:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printed publicity materials and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of the organization and carrying out obligatory technical inspection of motorized vehicles and trail cars to them, except for motorized vehicles and trail cars to them Armed Forces, other troops and military forming (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 5-3) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 2014 "About traffic".

These rules determine procedure for the organization and carrying out obligatory technical inspection of motorized vehicles and trail cars to them, except for motorized vehicles and trail cars to them the Armed Forces, other troops and military forming participating in traffic in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) specially authorized organization - the legal entity or structural division of the legal entity operating from his name, accredited according to requirements of state standard of GOST ISO/IEC 17020-2013 "Assessment of conformity. Job requirements of different types of the bodies which are carrying out inspections" on implementation of works on carrying out periodic tests of the gas-balloon equipments installed on vehicles;

2) the control and diagnostic equipment - the test equipment and gage devices applied to determination of parameters of technical condition of motorized vehicles and trail cars to them;

3) the gas-balloon vehicle - the vehicle working on liquefied oil, compressed or liquefied natural gas;

4) authorized body on traffic safety control - the central executive body and its territorial subdivisions of the capital, the cities of republican and regional value performing management within the competence and cross-industry coordination in the field of traffic safety control;

5) body of transport control - territorial authorities of authorized body in the field of transport;
