About the List and goods quantity imported into the Republic of Tajikistan for construction of second priority "The heat power center - 2" in the city of Dushanbe and exempted from payment of customs duties and the value added tax

According to article 169 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and Article 345 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the List and goods quantity, the customs duties and the value added tax imported into the Republic of Tajikistan for construction of second priority of "The heat power center-2" in the city of Dushanbe and exempted from payment according to appendix.

2. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service customs control and timely customs clearance of the goods imported according to appendix.
