1. Approve the Procedure and the amount of payment of additional paid services to physical persons and legal entities in bodies of civil registration of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and other authorized persons (appendices 1 and 2).

2. Declare invalid the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 12, 1991, No. 346 "About transfer of bodies of civil registration of the Republic of Tajikistan on new economic working conditions on rendering additional paid services to the population".

3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan to bring the acts into accord with this resolution.

Procedure for additional paid services to physical persons and legal entities in bodies of civil registration of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and other authorized persons

1. The procedure for rendering additional paid services to physical persons and legal entities in bodies of civil registration of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and other authorized persons (further - the Procedure) establishes procedure for rendering additional paid services (further - services) to physical persons and legal entities in bodies of civil registration of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and other authorized persons, and also collection and receipt of funds for these services and their expenditure.

2. Rendering services to physical persons and legal entities is performed on voluntary basis. Similar services are rendered for implementation of the actions connected with execution of acts of civil status by employees of bodies of civil registration of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and Other authorized persons.

3. Services to physical persons and legal entities in bodies of civil registration of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and other authorized persons appear based on their addresses and are registered in the book of record of the additional paid services started in bodies, civil registration of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and other authorized persons according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. The service fee is performed by physical persons and legal entities by means of Amonatbonk Government savings bank and their branches in the cities and areas. Acceptance of the specified means by Amonatbonk Government savings bank and their branches is anyway made by issue of the receipt of the established form in which the type of the rendered service is specified.

5. Receipt of paid means in cash type by employees of bodies of civil registration of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and other authorized persons for rendering services to physical persons and legal entities is forbidden.

6. The means paid for rendering services are created in the single settlement account of Head department of the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

7. The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan, departments of Management of acts of civil status in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, Khatlon and Sughd areas in accordance with the established procedure keep the reporting of receipt and expenditure of means, according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About treasury" and the Instruction for forming and use of special means of bodies of civil registration yu the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan in case of coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

8. The means which arrived for rendering services go for strengthening of material and technical resources of bodies of civil registration of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and other authorized persons, and also the means which arrived for rendering services by jamias of settlements and villages taking into account population to 10 thousand people in the amount of 50 percent, from 10 thousand to 20 thousand people at the rate to 40 percent, from 20 thousand to 30 thousand people in the amount of 30 percent and over 30 thousand people in the amount of 25 percent are used for strengthening of their material and technical resources. The means which arrived for rendering services by diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad are completely enlisted into their special account.

11. Collection of payment for additional legal services is performed according to the Amount of payment of additional paid services to physical persons and legal entities in bodies of civil registration of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and other authorized persons.
