1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on the state integrated management information system public finance "The electronic budget";

changes which are made to the Concept of creation and development of the state integrated management information system by public finance "The electronic budget" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 20, 2011 No. 1275-r (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 31, Art. 4773; 2013, No. 48, Art. 6259).

2. Determine that the actions provided by the Provision approved by this resolution are performed by federal executive bodies and governing bodies of state non-budgetary funds within the established powers and within the budgetary appropriations provided by the Federal Laws on the federal budget and budgets of state non-budgetary funds for the corresponding financial year and planning period on management and management in the sphere of the established functions.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation:

5. Recommend to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies to use service subsystems of the Electronic Budget system for realization of the budget legal relationship according to the Provision approved by this resolution.

II. Appointment and tasks of the Electronic Budget system

The Electronic Budget system is intended for ensuring transparency, openness and accountability of activities of state bodies and governing bodies of state non-budgetary funds, local government bodies, the public and local government offices, and also for improvement of quality of their financial management due to forming of common information space and use of information and telecommunication technologies in the sphere of management of the public and municipal (public) finances.

3. The Electronic Budget system is directed to the solution of the following tasks:

a) increase in availability of information on financial activities and financial condition of public legal entities, the public and local government offices, about their assets and liabilities;
