3. To provide to department on the organization of expert activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Licensing for Occupation Judicial and Expert Activities, including Medicolegal, Judicial and Narcological and Forensic-psychiatric Examinations"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Licensing for Occupation Judicial and Expert Activities, including Medicolegal, Judicial and Narcological and Forensic-psychiatric Examinations" (further – the state service) is rendered based on the Standard of the state service "Licensing for Occupation Judicial and Expert Activities, including Medicolegal, Judicial and Narcological and Forensic-psychiatric Examinations" approved by the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 28, 2015 No. 242 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11188) (further – the Standard) by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the service provider), including through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz.

2. Form of the rendered state service: electronic.

Result of rendering the state service - the license, renewal, the duplicate of the license for occupation judicial and expert activities, including medicolegal, judicial and narcological and forensic-psychiatric examinations or the motivated answer about refusal in rendering the state service in cases and on the bases, stipulated in Item 10 Standards.

1) employee of office of the service provider;

2) head of the service provider;

3) director of the department of the organization of expert activities;

4) the employee of department on the organization of expert activities.

7. The description of the sequence of procedures (actions) between structural divisions (workers) of the service provider:

1) the employee of office of the service provider within 1 (one) working day from the date of receipt of documents, carries out registration of the received documents, and submits the chief of the department of the organization of legal services and licensing, at the same time in the right bottom corner of the statement the registration stamp in state language with indication of receipt date and the entering number is put down;
