About the List of the objects which are subject to obligatory protection by law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan

According to part 9 of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About militia" and article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the List of the objects which are subject to obligatory protection by law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendix 1).

2. Approve the List of objects of the central state bodies, ministries, departments, companies and organizations of the Republic of Tajikistan which are not subject to transfer under protection of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendix 2).

3. In accordance with the established procedure and according to this List to provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan acceptance under protection of objects.

4. To the ministries and departments within forming of indicators for the corresponding years to provide in the expense budgets necessary financing for ensuring protection of the protected objects.

5. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to bring industry regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

6. Declare invalid the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 20, 1993, No. 19 "About improvement of protection of government buildings" and of May 2, 1994, No. 206 "About measures for strengthening of protection of organizations, the organizations, the companies, material values and money".

The list of the objects which are subject to obligatory protection by law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan

The following objects are subject to obligatory protection by law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- office buildings of the central state bodies and in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- office buildings of the Constitutional court, Supreme Court, the Supreme economic court, public, economic vessels, regional, city and district courts;

- office buildings of the Prosecutor General's Office, regional, city and district prosecutor's offices;

- office building of Audit Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- office buildings of the ministries, state committees, agencies, services, head departments under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, companies and associations, state republican companies;

- buildings, storages of the state museums Ya of libraries, National library of Tajikistan, regional, city libraries, archives, memorial estates, house museums of historical and cultural heritage;

- the state departments and organizations of television and broadcasting, broadcasting centers body - and radio programs;

- terminals on transportation of passengers and loads, other buildings and constructions providing the functioning of transport complex, bridges and tunnels having strategic importance and their infrastructures;

- constructions of the companies of mobile communication and their subordinated divisions, centers for telecommunication customer service;

- large industrial enterprises, including product industry;

- buildings and constructions on sports and entertaining firing, rooms for storage of fire, pneumatic, hunting weapon and ammunition;

- warehouses of economic constructions of the republic for storage of vzryvo-flammable substances, agricultural chemicals, strong toxic substances (STS);

- republican, regional, interdistrict and state bases and warehouses of fuels and lubricants;

- buildings and constructions in which activities for use, storage and production radioactive, chemical and biological, the strong toxic materials (STM), yadolekarstvo and agricultural chemicals posing threat to the environment are performed;

- combined heat and power plants (combined heat and power plant), hydroelectric power station and electric substations capacity over 35 kV;

- technical refrigerators with solution of chlorine and ammonia;

- the fields of the extracted minerals containing natural accumulation of minerals.

Subordinated structures, departments of the ministries and committees, the state departments and the companies in areas, the cities and areas can be accepted on contractual basis under protection of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan. Cash desks, rooms for storage of securities and archives are under protection of centralized observation posts.

2.
