1. Approve Regulations of Admission of students in institutions of higher professional education of the republic according to quotas of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).

2. Oblige the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, local executive bodies of the government and institution of higher professional education of the republic to perform acceptance of girls and young men in institutions of higher professional education according to quotas of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on the basis of these rules of acceptance.

3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 3, 2006, No. 137 "About approval of Regulations of Admission of students in higher educational institutions of the republic according to quota of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan".

11. In day of interview the applicant has the right to participate in the choice of one specialty within one institution of higher professional education.

12. The entrant who did not have interview is not allowed to participate in interview on other specialties.
