According to article 14 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Actions plan on implementation of priority projects in energy industry of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2015-2020 it (is applied),

2. To the relevant ministries and departments to take necessary measures for accomplishment of the Actions plan for implementation of priority projects in energy industry of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2015-2020.
