1. Approve the enclosed Regulations of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Crimea.

2. To impose control of execution of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of obligations between the Minister of the Russian Federation for the Crimea and deputy ministers of the Russian Federation for the Crimea.

Regulations of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Crimea

I. General provisions

1.1. These Regulations establish general rules of the organization of activities of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Crimea (further - the Ministry) on realization of the powers in the established field of activity, including rules of the internal organization of activities of the Ministry.

1.2. Structure and staff list of the Ministry

1.3. The structure and the staff list of the Ministry affirm the Minister of the Russian Federation for the Crimea (further - the Minister) within the salary fund and number (without personnel on protection and servicing of buildings) established by the Government of the Russian Federation taking into account the register of positions of Federal public civil service and acts determining the normative number of the relevant divisions.

1.4. Fields of activity and competences of departments and independent departments are determined in the provisions approved by the Minister in coordination with the deputy ministers supervising the relevant departments and departments. 1.7. The minister will organize work of the Ministry and bears the personal responsibility for accomplishment of the functions assigned to the Ministry, represents in accordance with the established procedure the Ministry in federal bodies of the government, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies and the organizations, signs agreements, agreements, public contracts and other documents of civil nature on behalf of the Ministry, and also performs other powers established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.8. Minister:

d) appoints in accordance with the established procedure to position and dismisses chiefs of independent departments, directors of departments and their deputies, assistants (advisers) to the Minister, signs office contracts and approves official regulations of chiefs of independent departments, directors of departments and their deputies, assistants (advisers) to the Minister;

e) approves structure and the staff list of the Ministry in the limits set by the Government of the Russian Federation of the salary fund and number of workers, expense budget on its content within the budgetary appropriations approved for the corresponding period provided in the federal budget;
