1. Approve the enclosed Safety rules during the work with tools and devices.

2. To provide to department of power industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction on official publication of this order within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Safety rules during the work with tools and devices

1. General provisions

1. These rules of safety during the work with tools and devices (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 31) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About power industry" and determine procedure for safety during the work with tools and devices.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts and determinations are used:

1) specially prepared personnel - the personnel which were trained on servicing of certain equipment;

2) the tool - the hand electrified tool, the lowering transformers of safety and manual portable lamps electric;

3) grounding - deliberate electric connection of any point of network of electroinstallation or the equipment with the grounding device;

4) steeplejack works - the works performed at the height more than 5 meters (further - m) from the Earth's surface, overlapping or working flooring over which works directly with designs or the equipment are performed in case of their installation or repair;

5) safe ultralow tension - the rated voltage which is not exceeding 42 volts (further - In) between conductors and the earth;

6) tool - the room for storage of tools and devices;

7) devices - waist, cats, claws and manholes lineman's;
