About approval of standards of the state services rendered by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, local executive bodies on substitution of heads of public institutions of secondary education

According to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1)  No. 366 is excluded according to Orders of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 16.08.2019

2) the standard of the state service "Documents Acceptance for Participation in Tender on Substitution of Heads of Public Institutions of Secondary Education" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the standard of the state service "Documents Acceptance for Participation in Tender on Substitution of Heads of Public Institutions of Secondary Education of Republican Value" according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To department of preschool and secondary education, information technologies () in the procedure established by the legislation to provide Zhontayev Zh.:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan official publication of this order;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Imangaliyev E. N.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
