This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Agreement of December 23, 2014 on accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, and extends to the legal relationship arising from the effective date Decisions of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of May 8, 2015 No. 5.
