1. Approve the enclosed Rules of execution of warranty obligations of importers (end users) and checks of their execution.
2. To committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Erzhanov A. K.) provide:
1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing products and in information system of law of Ad_let;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;
4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan provision in Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. These rules of execution of warranty obligations of importers (end users) and checks of their execution (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 15) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 21, 2007 "About export control" and determine procedure for execution of warranty obligations of importers (end users) and checks of their execution.
2. Execution of the warranty obligation of the importer (end user) is performed by the applicant importing goods, including products which are subject to export control.
3. The warranty obligation of the importer (end user) is the basis for issue of the warranty obligation (end-user certificate).
4. The warranty obligation of the importer (end user) is drawn up in form according to appendix to these rules.
5. The warranty obligation of the importer (end user) is drawn up on one transaction irrespective of the quantity and the product range included in the contract.
6. The warranty obligation of the importer (end user) is signed by the authorized person and makes sure seal (in the presence) of the importer (end user).
7. Verifications of obligations of importers (end users) are performed and appointed within the competence by authorized body in the field of export control together with state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of system of export control according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the state control and supervision in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
