Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-skh (the protected soil) "The report on production of vegetables in the protected soil, cultivation of mushrooms and flower products" and to enact them starting with the report for January, 2016.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on:
legal entities (except the microorganizations), their separate divisions having separate balance, which are engaged in cultivation of vegetables in the protected soil on the area of 100 square meters and more, and also engaged in cultivation of mushrooms, flower products, saplings of trees and bushes;
the microorganizations which are engaged in cultivation of mushrooms, flower products, saplings of trees and bushes.
4. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of April 12, 2012 No. 40/1 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12-skh (the protected soil) "The report on production of vegetables in the protected soil, cultivation and realization of mushrooms and flower products" and instructions for its filling" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 51, 7/1996);
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 10, 2013 No. 88 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of April 12, 2012 No. 40/1" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.07. 2013, 7/2440);
