1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for documents acceptance, registration, issue, accounting, production of the passport and personification of the all-civil passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. To the public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to take necessary measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. Declare invalid Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for documents acceptance, registration, issue, accounting, production of the passport and personification of the all-civil passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 20, 2011 No. 332.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of construction, transport and communications of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

The instruction about procedure for documents acceptance, registration, issue, accounting, production of the passport and personification of the all-civil passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. General provisions

1. This Instruction determines procedure for documents acceptance, registration, issue, accounting, production of the passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2004 (further - the passport), personification of the all-civil passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2006 (further - the all-civil passport).

2. In this Instruction the following basic concepts are used:

the questionnaire statement on paper - the paper document including in general part the personal identification and bio data, the specimen signature, photos of the applicant, data on the submitted documents certified by seal and signatures of officials;

3. Ensuring production of the passport and personification of the all-civil passport, issue of the passport and all-civil passport, forming and maintaining the information database about the issued passports are performed by Department of registration of the population and acts of civil status under the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - authorized body).

4. Documents acceptance of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic for production and personification of the passport and the all-civil passport, and also issue of the passport and all-civil passport of the Kyrgyz Republic is performed by departments of passport and visa and registration work of authorized body (further - territorial department).
