About accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Convention of the UN on privileges and immunities of specialized agencies of November 21, 1947

Accepted by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on May 20, 2015

Article 1. Join the Convention of the UN on privileges and immunities of specialized agencies of November 21, 1947 with the following clause:

"The privileges and immunities designated in Section 19 Item "b" (withdrawal from taxation) and in Section 20 (release from the state duties) of the Convention, will not be applied in relation to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

Article 2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to deposit the letter about accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Convention of the UN on privileges and immunities of specialized agencies of November 21, 1947 with the clause specified in article 1 of this Law to depositary which the Secretary general of the United Nations is.

Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
