About formation of Organizing committee and approval of the actions plan on preparation and the celebration of the 200 anniversary since the birth of Mikhail Verbitsky and the 150th anniversary of the first public performance of the national anthem

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Form Organizing committee for preparation and the celebration of the 200 anniversary since the birth of Mikhail Verbitsky and the 150th anniversary of the first public performance of the national anthem in structure according to appendix.

To the chairman of Organizing committee to approve its members and to grant the right to make in case of need changes to it.

2. Approve the actions plan on preparation and the celebration of the 200 anniversary since the birth of Mikhail Verbitsky and the 150th anniversary of the first public performance of the national anthem which is attached.

3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies, regional and Kiev city to provide to public administrations accomplishment of the actions plan approved by this resolution.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 11.10.2016 No. 710

The actions plan on preparation and the celebration of the 200 anniversary since the birth of Mikhail Verbitsky and the 150th anniversary of the first public performance of the national anthem

1. Carry out with participation of representatives of public authorities and local government bodies and the public of celebration on the occasion of the 200 anniversary since the birth of Mikhail Verbitsky.

2. Promote the organization in the settlements connected with life and Mikhail Verbitsky's activities, thematic cultural events with involvement of wide audience, first of all student's and student's youth.

3. Hold scientific and practical conferences, meetings at round table, seminars, other actions for studying and promoting of creative heritage of Mikhail Verbitsky, history of creation of the national anthem.

4. Provide preparation and release of the anniversary printing edition about stories of creation of the anthem of Ukraine, illumination of course of life of his authors.

5. Provide release:

musical editions of Mikhail Verbitsky.

musical heritage of Mikhail Verbitsky on compact disks.

6. Involve youth and children's public associations in holding the information and educational actions among youth directed to promoting of the state symbols of Ukraine.

7. Provide release into the stream of commerce of the anniversary coin devoted to the 200 anniversary since the birth of Mikhail Verbitsky.

8. Perform release of stamp and envelope in honor of the 200 anniversary since the birth of Mikhail Verbitsky, special repayment of stamp.

9. Provide holding regional events for preparation and the celebration of the 200 anniversary since the birth of Mikhail Verbitsky and the 150th anniversary of the first public performance of the national anthem.

10. Take measures to streamlining of the place of burial of Mikhail Verbitsky in the territory of the Republic of Poland and to celebration by diplomatic foreign organizations of Ukraine of memory of the outstanding Ukrainian composer with the assistance of representatives of the Ukrainian public abroad.

11. Promote covering of actions for preparation and the celebration of the 200 anniversary since the birth of Mikhail Verbitsky and the 150th anniversary of the first public performance of the national anthem, to provide broadcast of subject information and educational programs, demonstration of documentaries.

12. Provide protection of public order, observance of traffic regulations and prevention of possible provocations during mass actions.
