1. Approve the enclosed Standard agreement of the organization of regular motor transportations of passengers and baggage.

2. To committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Asavbayev A. A.) provide:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to direct it to the copy to official publication in periodic printed publicity materials and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. Subject of the agreement

1. The organizer grants the right of servicing of route of regular motor transportations of passengers and baggage, and the Carrier assumes obligations on servicing of transportations along following routes.

Chapter 2. Obligations of the Parties

2. The carrier shall:

1) not to allow departure on route of the vehicles which did not undergo pretrip (prereplaceable) and obligatory technical inspection and also on which agreements of compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of vehicles and the agreement of compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of carrier to passengers are not signed;

2) to provide performing pretrip and posttrip medical examination, observance of work-rest schedule of drivers of vehicles;

3) to ensure safety of baggage;

4) to perform free transportation of separate categories of citizens or to provide them other privileges on payment of journey according to article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 21, 1994 "About transport in the Republic of Kazakhstan";

5) to provide sale of travel documents (tickets) and luggage receipts when implementing regular motor transportations of passengers and baggage on all stopping points of route – independently or through the passenger agencies, bus stations, bus stations and (or) service points of passengers, including electronic sale of travel documents (tickets) and luggage receipts in the direct and return directions, and also their return and to exercise control of their availability at passengers;

6) to declare tariffs for public conveyance and baggage, to fix them in agreements, the travel document (ticket) and the luggage receipt;

7) to observe the declared tariffs and to beforehand inform passengers on the forthcoming change of rates;

8) to determine person responsible for safety of implementation of transportations;

To use 9) for transportation the quantity and type (class) of buses, trolleybuses and minibuses provided by this Agreement, with attraction to servicing of route at least a half of vehicles of the main structure specified in the certificate the right of servicing of this route;

10) to observe the approved route and the schedule of movement of the buses, trolleybuses and minibuses fixed on route;
