2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies.

Standard of the state service "Issue of the Omission on Entrance to Border Area to Foreigners and Stateless Persons"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of the Omission on Entrance to Border Area to Foreigners and Stateless Persons" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears territorial subdivisions of the Ministry (further - the service provider).

4. Terms of rendering the state service:

3) if opposes sovereignty and independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, calls for violation of unity and integrity of its territory;

4) if kindles international and religious strife;

5) if it is necessary for protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other persons;

6) if belongs to the terrorist or extremist organizations, it was condemned for terrorist or extremist activities or in case of recognition by court in its actions of especially dangerous recurrence;

7) if it does not perform collection for the making of criminal or administrative offense imposed on it during the previous stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

8) if during the previous stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan the declaration on the individual income tax is not provided to them in case submission of such declaration is stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan;

9) if did not provide confirmation about availability of the means necessary for stay and departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to the procedure, of the ethnic Kazakhs, persons who were born or earlier consisting in the nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic, and members of their families determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for;
