Approve "Rules of designing of heat supply, natural and artificial lighting, ventilation and acoustics of construction objects" (are applied).

Rules of designing of heat supply, natural and artificial lighting, ventilation and acoustics of construction objects

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules are constituted for the purpose of ensuring execution of subitem 1.6.12. The presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 4, 2012 No. 695 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of the Town-planning and construction code of the Azerbaijan Republic, its introduction in force and the legal regulation connected with it" of June 29, 2012 No. 392-IVQ" is also determined by rules of designing of heat supply, natural and artificial lighting, ventilation and acoustics of construction objects.

2. Basic provisions

2.1. Buildings or constructions shall be designed and built so that people during accommodation in buildings and stays on constructions were not exposed to dangerous radiation, physical, biological, chemical and other effects, and safe conditions on the following indicators were provided:

2.1.1. heat supply of residential, public and factory buildings;

2.1.2. ventilation of residential, public and factory buildings;

3.1. Requirements to heat supply of construction objects:

3.1.3.1. temperature in buildings or constructions;

3.1.3.2. final temperature;

3.1.3.3. air motion speed;

3.1.3.4. relative air humidity;

3.1.4. settlement indicators are determined taking into account purpose of buildings and constructions, accommodation and activities;

3.1.5. in technical solutions of heating services, ventilation and conditioning the possibility of autonomous regulation of microclimatic parameters of rooms is provided;

3.2. Requirements to ventilating providing construction objects:

3.2.1. in project documents it shall be provided buildings or constructions by vent systems. In project documents it can be provided buildings or constructions by conditioning system. 3.3.1. buildings and constructions shall be supplied natural or mounted, including artificial lighting of land floors where people including artificial lighting of underground floors for prevention of harm to health of the person reside;

3.3.2. in connection with conditions of carrying out engineering procedures, land floors of buildings and constructions where installation of natural lighting is excluded, shall be supplied with sufficient artificial lighting for prevention of harm to health of the person;

3.3.3. external lighting of buildings and constructions shall be provided in the project documentation if it is provided by the project order.

3.4. Requirements to noise isolation of rooms of residential and public buildings and working areas of factory buildings and constructions:

3.4.1. the actions provided for placement of buildings and constructions in the territory, project indicators of characteristics of building constructions, characteristics of the plumbing system in project documents, improvements of the adjacent territories shall preserve people from:

3.4.1.1. the noise created by external sources;

3.4.1.2. the noise which arose in other rooms of buildings and constructions;
