1. Approve enclosed:
federal standards of payment of premises and utilities on average across the Russian Federation for 2015 - 2017;
2. Recognize voided since January 1, 2015:
the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 1, 2014 No. 1004 "About federal standards of payment of premises and utilities for 2015 - 2017 in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 40, the Art. 5450);
the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 24, 2014 No. 1464 "About federal standards of payment of premises and utilities for 2014 - 2016" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 1, the Art. 258).
3. The federal standards approved by this resolution are subject to application to the relations which arose since January 1, 2015 and are applied for the purpose of determination of the size of the interbudget transfers allocated from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation including to financial assistance on payment of premises and utilities.
