Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (structure) "Report on structure of the retail turnover" of annual frequency and enact it starting with the report for 2014.
2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (structure) "Report on structure of the retail turnover" and enact them starting with the report for 2014.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except the microorganizations and peasant farms), the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance, performing retail trade according to Item 1 of the Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (structure) "Report on structure of the retail turnover" approved by this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
