About some measures for enhancement of informatization in the sphere of staffing of state bodies and local government bodies

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that:

a) the state information system in the field of public service, on the official site in it is information - telecommunication network "Internet" of which takes place specified in subitems "b" - "d" Item 8 of part 1 of article 13 of the Federal law "About Ensuring Access to Information on Activities of State Bodies and Local Government Bodies" information on staffing of state body, local government body, the federal state information system "Federal Portal of Public Service and Managerial Personnel" is (further - the portal);

b) financial provision of the expenses connected with realization of item 4 of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation in the federal budget for the corresponding year and planning period on implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation "Information society (2011 - 2020)";

c) financial provision of expenses of the federal executive bodies connected with carrying out trial operation of the pilot version of unified information system of management of personnel structure of the public civil service of the Russian Federation is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided to these bodies in the federal budget for the corresponding year and planning period on management and management in the sphere of the established functions.

2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation to submit within 2-month term the draft of regulations of work of the portal for consideration of working group on use and development of information and communication technologies on the public civil service under Government commission on use of information technologies for improvement of quality of life and conditions of conducting business activity and to approve it after approval by the specified working group.

4. Provide to the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation implementation and carrying out trial operation of the pilot version of unified information system of management of personnel structure of the public civil service of the Russian Federation in federal executive bodies which list is determined by the working group specified in Item 3 of this resolution and till July 1, 2016 to provide the report on results of trial operation of the pilot version of the specified unified information system to the Government of the Russian Federation.

5. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2015.
