Rules of determination of the list of the organizations specified in parts three and the fourth article 6 of the Federal law "About Perpetuating of the Victory of the Soviet People In the Great Patriotic War of 1941 - 1945", and also attributes and symbolics of these organizations

1. These rules establish procedure for determination of the list of the organizations cooperating with groups, the organizations, movements or persons, acknowledged criminal or guilty of making of crimes according to sentence of the International military tribunal for court and punishment of the chief war criminals of the European countries of axis (The Nuremberg tribunal) or the sentences of national, military or occupational tribunals based on sentence of the International military tribunal for court and punishment of the chief war criminals of the European countries of axis (The Nuremberg tribunal) or which are taken out in the period of the Great Patriotic War, World War II, the organizations (including foreign or international) denying the facts and conclusions established by sentence of the International military tribunal for court and punishment of the chief war criminals of the European countries of axis (The Nuremberg tribunal) or sentences of national, military or occupational tribunals based on sentence of the International military tribunal for court and punishment of the chief war criminals of the European countries of axis (The Nuremberg tribunal) or taken out in the period of the Great Patriotic War, World War II, and also attributes and symbolics of these organizations (further respectively - the organizations, the list).

The documents which are the basis for inclusion of the organizations, their symbolics and attributes in the list are represented to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and other federal bodies of the government (further - federal bodies of the government).

4. The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation includes in the list:

a) the organizations - in case of representation of the government of the official documents by federal bodies (including foreign) confirming the following facts:

cooperation of the organizations with groups, the organizations, movements or faces, acknowledged criminal or guilty of making of crimes according to sentence of the International military tribunal for court and punishment of the chief war criminals of the European countries of axis (The Nuremberg tribunal) or the sentences of national, military or occupational tribunals based on sentence of the International military tribunal for court and punishment of the chief war criminals of the European countries of axis (The Nuremberg tribunal) or which are taken out in the period of the Great Patriotic War, World War II;

denial by the organizations (including foreign or international) the facts and conclusions established by sentence of the International military tribunal for court and punishment of the chief war criminals of the European countries of axis (The Nuremberg tribunal) or the sentences of national, military or occupational tribunals based on sentence of the International military tribunal for court and punishment of the chief war criminals of the European countries of axis (The Nuremberg tribunal) or which are taken out in the period of the Great Patriotic War, World War II;

b) attributes and symbolics of the organizations - in case of representation of the government of official documents by federal bodies (including foreign) and (or) copies of resolutions of the courts on purpose of administrative punishment for making of administrative offense, the stipulated in Article 20.3 Russian Federation Codes of Administrative Offences confirming accessory of attributes and symbolics to the organizations.

5. Inclusion of the organizations, their symbolics and attributes in the list is performed within 30 days from the date of submission to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation by federal bodies of the government of the documents specified in item 4 of these rules.

6. Access to the data containing in the list is provided by placement of the specified data on the official site of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on the Internet.

7. The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation posts the data containing in the list on the official site on the Internet in time, not exceeding 5 working days from the date of inclusion of the organizations, their symbolics and attributes in the list.
