About provision of guarantees for the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of the credits
According to Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 6, 2015 "About purchase of products of crop production" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 151
1. Provide in 2015 to open joint stock company "The Belarusian development bank and reconstruction Belinvestbank of guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of the main amount of debt on the credits issued for a period of up to one year to Groniteks open joint stock company according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 6, 2015 No. 151 "About purchase of products of crop production" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.04. 2015, 1/15736) in the amount:
6000 million rubles - according to the paragraph to the second part one of Item 1 of this Decree;
1840 million rubles - according to the paragraph to the fourth part one of Item 1 of the called Decree.
The payment for provision of guarantees for the Government of the Republic of Belarus is made one-timely in the amount of percent 0,01 from credit amount.
These guarantees are provided in currency of the issued credits at the rate of National Bank for date of the conclusion of the credit agreement.
2. To the Ministry of Finance to draw up in accordance with the established procedure the guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
