1. Approve the enclosed Regulations of carrying out departmental control in the field of purchases for ensuring federal needs.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days after day of its official publication, except for Item 7 of the enclosed Regulations which becomes effective since January 1, 2017, and subitems "b", "d", "e" of Item 8 of the enclosed Regulations which become effective since January 1, 2016.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board of RPF Gukailo B. V.
