About approval of form of submission of the geological reporting on condition of subsoil

According to the subitem 13) of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2010 "About subsoil and subsurface use" I ORDER:

1. Approve the following forms of submission of the geological reporting on condition of subsoil:

1) reporting stock balance according to appendix 1 to this Order;

2) the reporting under monitoring according to appendix 2 to this Order.

2. To committee of geology and subsurface use of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Nurabayev B. K.) provide:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) 2) and 3) Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
