Based on the paragraph of the forty third Item 2, 3, of parts six and the ninth Item 3-1, of paragraphs of the eighth and tenth Item 13, parts twelve of Item 31-1 of the Regulations on insurance activity in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530, of Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Item parts four

1. Approve enclosed:

The instruction about determination of obligatory details of the insurance policy (the certificate, the certificate), procedure for its filling and use (is attached);

The instruction about determination of structure of basic insurance rate by types of voluntary insurance, and also about procedure for the conclusion of insurance contracts, joint insurances, reinsurance and application of insurance rates (is attached);

The instruction about procedure and terms of submission of the notification on types of voluntary insurance, procedure for registration and submission of rules of voluntary insurance (changes and (or) amendments in them), basic insurance rates (changes and (or) amendments in them) and economic-mathematical reasons for calculations of these rates (is attached).

2. Determine that:

the insurance contracts, joint insurances, reinsurance concluded before entry into force of this resolution are valid before the termination of term of their action on those conditions on which they were imprisoned;

the forms of insurance policies (certificates, certificates) made by the orders placed before entry into force of this resolution are valid before their complete use.

3. Recognize invalid some resolutions and separate structural elements of resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus according to the list according to appendix.

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
