3) when opening the solemn meetings and meetings devoted to the national holidays celebrated in the Republic of Uzbekistan;
4) State TV and Radio Broadcasting Companies daily - before the beginning and upon termination of broadcasting, and in case of the round-the-clock broadcasting - at 6 o'clock and at 24 o'clock, on New Year's Eve - at 24 o'clock;

8) during military rituals - according to all-army regulations of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
