1. This Instruction establishes procedure:
1.1. accounting by subjects of transportation of dangerous goods of the accidents and incidents which occurred in transit dangerous goods;
1.2. the directions of data on the executed actions for elimination of the accidents and incidents which occurred in transit dangerous goods in Department on supervision of safe operation in the industry of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Gospromnadzor), republican state bodies.
2. For the purposes of this Instruction terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2001 "About transportation of dangerous goods" are applied (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 56, 2/775; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 24.07. 2013, 2/2060).
3. Producers of transport works and services in transportation of dangerous goods perform accounting of the accidents and incidents which occurred in transit dangerous goods on roads (ways) public, consumers of transport works and services in transportation of dangerous goods - the accidents and incidents which took place in their territory, by means of maintaining register of the accidents and incidents which occurred in transit dangerous goods in form according to appendix to this Instruction.
4. Subjects of transportation of dangerous goods provide storage of the registers of the accidents and incidents which occurred in transit dangerous goods, materials of technical investigation of the reasons of accidents and incidents, occurred in transit dangerous goods, data on the executed actions for elimination of the accidents and incidents which took place in case of transportation of dangerous goods in the terms established by the legislation.
