1. Approve the enclosed Rules of placement on the Internet - resource of authorized body of information on administrative and territorial units of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the territory of which there are no networks of telecommunications public.

2. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on the Internet - resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. General provisions

These rules of placement on Internet resource of authorized body of information on administrative and territorial units of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the territory of which there are no networks of telecommunications public are developed according to Item 1 of article 645 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2008 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) (further - Rules) and determines procedure for placement of information on the Internet resource.

2. For the purposes of these rules the following concepts are used:

information - set of data on administrative and territorial units in the territory of which there are no networks of telecommunications public which provision is necessary for performing cash calculations with taxpayers with obligatory application of cash registers;

authorized state body in the field of communication and information - Committee of communication, informatization and information of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Internet resource of authorized body - the electronic information resource placed on the Internet to the address "www.kgd.gov.kz";

authorized body - Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

the operator of fiscal data - the legal entity providing transfer of data on cash calculations in the operational mode in tax authorities on networks of telecommunications public, determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Procedure for placement of information on the Internet resource of authorized body

The operator of fiscal data annually no later than January 15 represents to the authorized body performing management in the sphere of ensuring receipts of taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget (further - authorized body) the list of administrative and territorial units of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the territory of which there are no networks of telecommunications public (further - the List) in form according to appendix to these rules and in electronic form.

4. The authorized body no later than 5 working days from the date of coordination with authorized state body in the field of communication and information of the List performs its placement on Internet resource.

5. In case of connection of the administrative and territorial units of the Republic of Kazakhstan included in the List to network of telecommunications public the operator of fiscal data no later than 15 working days from the date of such connection informs on it authorized body.

6. Authorized body no later than 5 working days from the date of coordination with authorized state body in the field of communication and information of the data on connection it is administrative - territorial units of the Republic of Kazakhstan to network of telecommunications public excludes them from the List.

7. Information containing in the List: takes place on Internet resource of authorized body in the Kazakh and Russian languages;

contains data on date and time of placement (updating). At the same time on Internet resource of authorized body information placed before updating is saved;

takes place on Internet resource of authorized body in the Excel format and other public formats.
