RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

of June 10, 2015 No. 483

About approval of the list of state programs of scientific research for 2016-2020

According to part three of article 5-2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 21, 1996 "About scientific activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed list of state programs of scientific research for 2016-2020 (further - the list of state programs).

2. National academy of Sciences of Belarus:

2.1. bring the list of state programs to their state customers;

2.2. provide together with the state customers of the state programs called in Items 1-11 of the list of state programs in case of their forming and approval attraction by the organizations contractors on financing of accomplishment of these programs at least 15 percent of extrabudgetary funds from the cost of works on their realization, except for the organizations contractors subordinated to the Ministry of Health.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

development of scientific bases of creation of new chemical technologies of complex conversion of the polymineral potash ores oriented to export, the import-substituting products and materials providing increase in efficiency of functioning of chemical and neftekhimiichesky industries, decrease in energy and material costs; synthesis of organic compounds for the purpose of creation of the new pharmaceutical substances and effective medicines having the minimum side effects and also modern remedies and regulation of growth of plants with use of biologically active agents of natural origin, new domestic materials with special properties on the basis of timber-chemical raw materials for various industries of national economy, technologies of complex conversion of heavy oil residues and renewable timber-chemical raw materials for receipt of light and average distillates (hydrocarbonic fractions) as raw materials of petrochemical synthesis and production of high-quality types of fuel; creation of the knowledge-intensive import-substituting materials for pharmaceutics, medicine, agricultural industry, electronics, polygraphy, metal working, construction, the chemical industry
