1. Establish rate for the electrical energy made from unrenewable energy resources *, fuel oil in the territory of the Republic of Belarus by the individual entrepreneurs and legal entities who are not part of the national production association of power industry of Belenergo, and released to the power supplying organizations of this consolidation (further - rate for electrical energy), for 1 kW · h without the value added tax in the amount of 0,0859 of Belarusian ruble in case of the official rate of Belarusian ruble in relation to US dollar established by National Bank of the Republic of Belarus - 1,4160:1.

* The power sources specified in paragraph six of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2010 "About renewable energy resources" belong to unrenewable energy resources (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 2, 2/1756).

2. Determine that:

2.1. in case of sale of the electrical energy made from associated gas and products of its conversion, rate for electrical energy, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution it is applied with the raising 1,5 coefficient;

2.2. in case of difference of the official rate of the Belarusian ruble in relation to US dollar established by National Bank of the Republic of Belarus from this resolution specified in Item 1, calculation of rate is made on the following formula:

T - the rate for electrical energy established according to Item 1, subitem 2.1 of this Item;

To - coefficient of the relation of the official rate of Belarusian ruble in relation to US dollar established by National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the date of execution of payment documents and day of payment for the released electrical energy, and the rate for electrical energy accepted when calculating established according to Item 1 of this resolution;

2.3. to the rates for electrical energy established according to Item 1, subitems 2.1 and 2.2 of this Item, for quantity delivered for sales objectives in power network of the power supplying organizations of the national production association of power industry Belenergo of electrical energy coefficients in the following sizes are subject to application:

2.3.1. in case of accomplishment of the approved schedules of return of electrical energy:

made from natural gas and fuel oil in hours of minimum demands of power supply system (from 23:00 to 6.00) - 0,85, in hours of maximum demands of power supply system (from 8:00 till 11:00 and from 18:00 to 21.00) - 1,15, in the rest of the time of days - 1,0;

made from unrenewable energy resources, except for natural gas, in hours of maximum demands of power supply system (from 8:00 till 11:00 and from 18:00 to 21.00) - 1,15, in the rest of the time of days - 1,0;

2.3.2. the electrical energy made from natural gas and fuel oil with variation more than 5 percent from the amounts provided by the approved schedules of return of electrical energy:

towards increase regarding the amounts released over 5 percent from the amounts provided by the approved schedules of return: in hours of minimum demands of power supply system (from 23:00 to 6.00) - 0,2, in the rest of the time of days - 0,7;

towards reduction: in hours of maximum demands of power supply system (from 8:00 till 11:00 and from 18:00 to 21.00) - 1,0, in the rest of the time of days - 0,85.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
