1. Approve the enclosed Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to objects of production of confectionery, conditions of production, packings, transportations, storages, realization, utilizations and destructions of confectionery".

2. To provide to committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to objects of production of confectionery, conditions of production, packings, transportations, storages, realization, utilizations and destructions of confectionery" (further - Health regulations) are developed according to Item 6 of article 144 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2009 "About health of the people and health care system" (further - the Code), are intended for the physical persons and legal entities which are engaged in the business activity connected with designing, construction, reconstruction, repair and operation of facilities for production of confectionery (further - object), except for the objects placed as a part of objects of public catering with production, packing, transportation, storage, realization, utilization and destruction of confectionery also determine sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to activities of facilities for production of confectionery and conditions of production, packings, transportations, storages, realization, utilizations and destructions of confectionery which non-compliance creates threat of life or to health of the person, and also origin and spread of diseases.

2. Production of confectionery (further - products) is performed according to these Health regulations, technical regulations in the field of safety of food products and other regulatory legal acts.

3. In these Health regulations the following terms and determinations are used:

1) bactericidal lamp - the radiator of ultraviolet rays which is used for disinfecting of air in production rooms;

2) dezha - reservoir for mixing;

3) accounting number - the code including type of activity and number of object of production;

4) fruit and berry puree - the wiped fruit pulp;

5) yaytsebitnya - rooms for preparation of eggs for production;

6) yaytsetek (fight) - violation of integrity of shell and podskorlupny cover with content effluence;
