Compensate in 2015 to municipal unitary diversified production enterprise of housing and communal services "Luninetsky housing and public utilities" (further - KUP "Luninetsky housing and public utilities") at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on other questions in the field of the industry, constructions and architecture, part paid, but not compensated in 2014, and also interest for using the bank loan issued by Belagroprombank open joint stock company for financing of object "Reconstruction of hotel on Ulitsa Sovetskaya, 19, in to Longyingqie" according to the credit agreement of June 5, 2012 No. 150 in the amount of 10 billion rubles paid in 2015 in the amount of 0,5 of the refunding rate of National Bank established for date of compensation of percent.
The received funds are allocated in 2015 by KUP "Luninetsky housing and public utilities" for replenishment of own current assets.
2. Determine that condition of rendering KUP "Luninetsky housing and public utilities the" of the state support provided in Item 1 of this resolution is accomplishment by it in 2014-2015 indicators on growth rates of labor productivity and profitability of the sales finished to it in accordance with the established procedure.
3. Confer the personal responsibility for accomplishment of the indicators specified in Item 2 of this resolution on the director of KUP "Luninetsky housing and public utilities", and also on chairmen of Luninetsky district executive committee and Brest regional executive committee, the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Belarus under whose authority questions of housing and communal services are.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Brest regional executive committee and the Ministry of Finance.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
