1. Approve the enclosed Rules of realization of the sturgeon species of fish withdrawn from the native habitat and their calves by the state company which is the subject of the state monopoly.

2. To provide to committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

1. General provisions

1. These rules of realization of the sturgeon species of fish withdrawn from the native habitat and their calves are developed by the state company which is the subject of the state monopoly according to the subitem 47) of Item 1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About protection, reproduction and use of fauna" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for realization of the sturgeon species of fish withdrawn from the native habitat and their calves (further - products) the state company which is the subject of the state monopoly (further - the Subject) in the internal and external markets of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Procedure for sales of products

2. The assortment offered to sales of products, is determined by the Subject independently, according to the performed activities.

3. Accounting number according to the subitem 32) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2002 "About veterinary science" is assigned to the subject when implementing activities for procurement, storage and sales of products (further - the Law on veterinary science).

4. In case of sales of products the subject informs the buyer information on confirmation of conformity of products to requirements and provides to the consumer on claiming the veterinary certificate in compliance the Rules of issue of veterinary documents and requirements to their forms approved by the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 21, 2015 No. 7-1/453 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11898).

5. On labels, inserts and stickers of packaging materials, taking into account types of products are specified in the state and Russian languages of the data:

1) about the name, weight, the price for kilogram or for unit;

2) about nutrition value of products (caloric content, content of proteins, fats, carbohydrates);

3) about methods and conditions of production of finished goods (for preservatives and semifinished products of foodstuff);

4) about conditions and storage durations, and also expiration dates;

5) about date of production and date of packaging of products;

6) about structure of products.

6. The authorized body according to Item 5 of article 11-1 of the Law establishes the price for products realized by the Subject in coordination with antimonopoly authority.

7. Sales of products is made only from the Subject's warehouses on commodity-transport delivery notes.

8. Physical persons and legal entities which acquired products at the Subject had the right to enable its further conversion and the realization independently.

9. Marking of caviar of sturgeon species of fish for trade in the internal and external markets, is performed according to the subitem 22) of Item 1 of article 9 of the Law.

10. The export permit of products out of limits of the Republic of Kazakhstan is issued according to the subitem 52) of Item 1 of article 9 of the Law.

11. Realization out of limits of the Republic of Kazakhstan of sturgeon species of fish in live type, their impregnated caviar (except for hybrid forms) is performed according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
