2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of utilization, destruction of biological waste

1. General provisions

1. These rules of utilization, destruction of biological waste (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 46-11) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2002 "About veterinary science" and determine procedure for utilization, destruction of biological waste.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) special installation - installation for utilization (burning) of biological waste (the incinerator, kremator, the truposzhigatelny furnace and other installations provided for these purposes);

2) biological waste - the materials, substances, remaining balance of animal, vegetable and mineral origins (corpses of animals, abortirovanny and mortinatus fruits, veterinary seized properties, fodder waste) which are formed as a result of death of animals, veterinary practical and scientific activities and experiments with live organisms and biological fabrics (materials), and also arising in the course of activities of the objects of production performing cultivation of animals, procurement (slaughter), storage, conversion and realization of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin, the organizations for production, storage and realization of veterinary medicines, forages and feed additives;

3) the specialist in the field of veterinary science - the employee of divisions of the state bodies performing activities in the field of veterinary science, the state veterinary organizations with the highest after secondary or engineering and professional education on specialties of veterinary science;

4) the cattle mortuary (biothermal hole) - the construction for neutralization of corpses of animals located with observance of the sanitary protection zone - the territory separating zones of special purpose and also industrial bodies and other production, sociable and warehouse objects in the settlement from the nearby territories, buildings and constructions of construction engineering assignment for the purpose of weakening of impact on them adverse factors.

3. The physical persons or legal entities performing cultivation of animals, procurement (slaughter), storage, conversion and realization of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin, production, storage and realization of veterinary medicines, forages and feed additives (further - physical persons and legal entities) perform utilization, destruction of the biological waste arising in the course of their activities.

4-2. In case of destruction of corpses of the animal and other biological waste, except for, specified in item 4 of these rules the act of destruction of corpses of animal and other biological waste in form, according to appendix 1 to these rules is drawn up.

In case of destruction of the animal (corpses) and other biological waste specified in Item 4, the act of extermination of the animals, products and raw materials of animal origin constituting health hazard of animals and the person in form, according to appendix 5 to Rules of obligatory withdrawal and extermination of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin, the constituting health hazard of animals and the person, or their obligatory neutralization and conversion without withdrawal, by the approved order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 30, 2014 No. 7-1/559 "About approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of veterinary science" is drawn up (No. registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts 9891).
