According to the subitem 16) of Item 1 of Article 7, Item 10 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About military service and the status of the military personnel" and the subitem 290) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of compensation to the state of the budgetary funds spent for training of the military personnel of National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. (R. F. Zhaksylykov) in the established legislation procedure to provide to the main command of National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 20, 2013 No. 339 "About approval of Rules of compensation to the state of the budgetary funds spent for training of the military personnel of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 8483, No. 207-208 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of June 19, 2013 (27481-27482).
