1. Approve the enclosed Rules of compensation to the state of the budgetary funds spent for training of the military personnel of National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. (R. F. Zhaksylykov) in the established legislation procedure to provide to the main command of National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 20, 2013 No. 339 "About approval of Rules of compensation to the state of the budgetary funds spent for training of the military personnel of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 8483, No. 207-208 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of June 19, 2013 (27481-27482).

Rules of compensation to the state of the budgetary funds spent for training of the military personnel of National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. These rules of compensation to the state of the budgetary funds spent for training of the military personnel of National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - National guard) (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 11) of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan" both the subitem 16) of Item 1 of Article 7 and Item 10 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About military service and the status of the military personnel" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for compensation to the state of the money spent for training of the serviceman of National guard in military, special educational institution (further – VSUZ) the Ministries of Internal Affairs (further – the Ministry of Internal Affairs) or in ВСУЗе foreign state.

2. The cadet or the cadet deducted from VSUZ of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or foreign state for poor progress, indiscipline, on the initiative, as a result of dismissal from military service for negative motives, in connection with the termination of nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the contract on passing of military service which refused to sign, compensates to the state the money corresponding to costs for providing with food, payment of grant and journey during its training in VSUZ of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or foreign state, except for costs of the first year of training.

on students in ВСУЗе foreign states – it is constituted by budget financial management together with management of personnel and military education of the Main command of National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – GKNG) in duplicate on paper in form according to appendix to these rules and affirms the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Commander-in-chief of National guard.

5. One copy of summary calculation from the moment of approval is transferred to three-day time:

on the graduate VSUZ of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - in personnel service of VSUZ of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for familiarizing in the personal record;
