About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of fish

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning the separate types of fish classified by codes 0301 91 900 0 and 0301 99 110 0 CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date this Decision till April 30, 2018 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) with codes 0301 91 900 0 and 0301 99 110 0 CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth to add line items with the reference to the note "48C";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 48C of the following content:
