About approval of the Program of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for implementation of the international classification system of danger and marking of chemicals in the Kyrgyz Republic and the Actions plan on its realization for 2015-2017
For the purpose of program implementation on transition of the Kyrgyz Republic to sustainable development for 2015-2017 approved by the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 18, 2013 No. 3694-V according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
- The program of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for implementation of the international classification system of danger and marking of chemicals in the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Program) according to appendix 1;
- The actions plan on program implementation for 2015-2017 (further - the Actions plan) according to appendix 2.
2. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- perform general coordination of program implementation and the Actions plan;
- annually, till January 25 to provide the summarized information on the course of accomplishment of the Actions plan in Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To the ministries, the state committee, administrative departments, members of the Coordination commission on assistance to safe management of the chemicals including containing polychlordiphenyls in the Kyrgyz Republic formed by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 12, 2012 No. 335-r:
- take measures for program implementation;
- no later than the 15th following reporting half-year to submit the report on the course of accomplishment of the Actions plan in the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- provide increase in informational content of departmental websites for the purpose of provision to the population of the complete information about the carried-out and planned activity on program implementation.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and ecology of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

Now in the country there are more than 50 objects using strong toxic agents in production, from them 18 industrial facilities are carried to the category of chemically dangerous.
