request and receive the copies of documents on election results certified by the relevant electoral commission;
report about the observations in higher electoral commission if the weight of evidence suggests that on the polling precinct violations of this Law were allowed.
It is forbidden to observers:
be in cabin or in the room for secret vote when the voter does the marks in the ballot;
exert impact on voters, spread any propaganda materials or literature;
ask voters for whom they voted, or give any help to voters when entering marks into the ballot;
interfere with activities of the precinct election commission, including when sealing the ballot boxes, their opening, counting of votes.
