b) approve:

registration procedure in federal information address system of representatives of public authorities, local government bodies and the operator of federal information address system;

notification form the operator of federal information address system of public authority of the subject of the Russian Federation - the federal cities, local government body about the revealed discrepancies of the data on addresses containing in the state address register to regulatory legal acts of the subject of the Russian Federation - the federal cities, to municipal legal acts or mismatch of the address of object of addressing to the Rules of assignment, change and cancellation of addresses approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 19, 2014 No. 1221 "About approval of Rules of assignment, change and cancellation of addresses" (further - discrepancies), and about need of their elimination;

The realization of this resolution is enabled by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, Federal Registration Service, Federal Highway Agency, Federal State Statistics Service and Federal Tax Service within the number of workers of the specified federal executive bodies and budgetary appropriations provided by it in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.

I. General provisions

1. These rules establish procedure for interdepartmental information exchange of the operator of federal information address system (further - the operator of system) with public authorities, local government bodies and the organizations when maintaining the state address register, including:

a) the list, terms and methods of provision by public authorities and (or) organizations to the operator of system of the data used in case of assignment of addresses to objects of addressing for placement in the state address register;

b) procedure and methods of the direction to the operator of system, in public authority and local government body in the form of electronic documents of the notifications provided by the Federal Law "About federal information address system and about introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the General Principles of the Organization of Local Self-government in the Russian Federation" (further - the Federal Law);

c) procedure for test of reliability, completeness and relevance of the data containing in the state address register, modification of data of the state address register and placement of the data on the addresses appropriated to objects of addressing about day of entry into force of the Federal Law which are earlier not placed in the state address register;

d) procedure for providing system of opportunity with the operator to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation - the federal cities and to local government bodies of entering of data into the state address register.
