1. Proceeding from the rate of inflation established by the Federal Law "About the Federal Budget for 2015 and for Planning Period of 2016 and 2017" to perform indexation using coefficient of 1,055 of the amount of separate payments to the military personnel, employees of some federal executive bodies indexed according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 17, 2014 No. 554 "About indexation in 2014, to the citizens discharged from military service (services) and the citizens undergoing military charges":

insurance sums, stipulated in Item 2 articles 5 of the Federal law "About Compulsory National Insurance of Life and Health of the Military Personnel, the Citizens Called on Military Charges, Faces of the Private and the Commanding Structure of Law-enforcement Bodies of the Russian Federation, the Public Fire Service, Drug Trafficking Monitoring Bodies and Psychotropic Substances, the Staff of Organizations and Bodies of Criminal Executive System";

the lump-sum allowances established by parts 8 and 12 of article 3 of the Federal law "About Cash Allowance of the Military Personnel and Provision of Separate Payments by It";

the monthly monetary compensation established by part 13 of article 3 of the Federal law "About Cash Allowance of the Military Personnel and Provision of Separate Payments by It";

the lump-sum allowances established by parts 3 and 5 of article 43 of the Federal law "About Police";

the lump-sum allowances established by parts 2 and 4 of article 12 of the Federal law "About Social Guarantees to Employees of Some Federal Executive Bodies and Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation".

2. Payment of lump-sum allowances and monthly monetary compensation, the specified in paragraphs three - pole of Item 1 of this resolution, decisions on payment (appointment) of which are made in 2015, is made in the sizes determined by this resolution.

3. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2015.
