About monthly money payments on payment of premises and utilities to the health and pharmaceutical workers living and working in rural settlements, working settlements (settlements of city type), occupied on positions in federal state institutions

For the purpose of realization of part 2 of article 72 of the Federal law "About Bases of Protection of Public Health in the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that to the health and pharmaceutical workers who are living and working according to the employment contract in rural settlements, working settlements (settlements of city type), being on the staff on principle place of employment in federal state institutions monthly money payments on payment of premises and utilities in the amount of 1200 rubles are made.

2. Monthly money payments, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, are provided to health and pharmaceutical workers in the place of their work.

3. Monthly money payments, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, are not provided to health and pharmaceutical workers if they have the right to provision of the similar money payments established by the Federal Laws, regulatory legal acts of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies.

4. Determine that the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution are made within the means of the federal budget provided to federal executive bodies which maintaining the federal state institutions located in rural settlements, working settlements (settlements of city type) treat.

The specified expenses are performed in 2015 within the budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided on the subsection "General Economic Questions" of the Section "National economy" of classification of budgets expenses on financial provision according to decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation of additional measures of social support of citizens by provision:

To the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation - 57600 thousand rubles;

To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation - 3729, 6 thousand rubles;

To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation - 4593, 6 thousand rubles;

To Federal Penitentiary Service - 36792 thousand rubles;

To Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare - 58305, 6 thousand rubles;

To the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations - 979, 2 thousand rubles;

To the Federal Customs Service - 604, 8 thousand rubles;

To Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation - 2908, 8 thousand rubles;

To Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation - 892, 8 thousand rubles;

To Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation - 12945, 6 thousand rubles;
