1. Provide guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus to Export-import Bank of China:

1.1. in loan repayment in the amount of 46 687 420 US dollars, issued to national association "Belarusian railroad" for the term of no more than 12 years for financing of the investment project "Updating of railway vehicles of the Belarusian railroad. Acquisition of 8 electric locomotives", and also interest payment for use of the specified credit and other payments on it;

1.2. in loan repayment in the amount of 76 398 048 US dollars, issued to national association "Belarusian railroad" for the term of no more than 15 years for financing of the investment project "Electrification of the Direction of Molodechno — Gudogai — State Border", and also interest payment for use of the specified credit and other payments on it.

2. Determine that guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus according to Item 1 of this resolution are issued after the conclusion:

loan agreements between national association "Belarusian railroad" and Export-import Bank of China;

The Ministry of Transport and Communications with the Ministry of Finance of the guarantee agreements specified in subitem 4.1 of item 4 of this resolution;

agreements on procedure for use and repayment of the credits specified in Item 1 (further - guaranteed loans), between the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, national association "Belarusian railroad" and open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank.

3. Determine agent bank by servicing of guaranteed loans open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank.

4. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications:

4.1. act as the guarantor of execution by national association "Belarusian railroad" of obligations on repayment of guaranteed loans, and also interest payment for use of guaranteed loans and other payments on them and to sign guarantee agreements with the Ministry of Finance;

implementation by national association "Belarusian railroad" of the investment projects specified in Item 1 of this resolution;

target use by national association "Belarusian railroad" of means of guaranteed loans, their timely repayment, and also interest payment for use of guaranteed loans and other payments on them.
